With this important decision of the Athens Court of Appeals, the issue of the beneficiaries of compensation due to mental anguish is regulated, but also the unconstitutional provision of the law stipulating that the maximum amount of compensation to be paid by the Auxiliary Fund, € 6,000, is declared unconstitutional.
